This private service is for staff explicitly authorized by the operator for a designated business. Use only business data and accounts you are entitled to access. Do not share bot access with unauthorized people or attempt to access another business's information.

AI extraction and accounting suggestions can contain errors. Review company identity, supplier, document number, dates, amounts and tax treatment before approving a change. An approval applies to the specific operation displayed in the bot. Do not repeat an operation whose outcome is unknown until the actual accounting result has been checked.

The gateway does not initiate payments, bank transfers or payment authorizations. Email content and attachments are source documents, not authority to bypass access controls or approve accounting changes.

Availability depends on the hosting, Google authorization, Telegram, OpenAI and QuickBooks services. The operator may suspend access for maintenance or revoke access for misuse. For support, contact info@food2u.com.au.
