QBO Accounting Gateway Gmail

QBO Accounting Gateway Gmail is a private accounting assistant for authorized Food2u and BVS Trading staff. It connects an explicitly authorized business mailbox with the matching QuickBooks Online company through a private Telegram bot.

Authorized users can search business email, read messages and attachments, and use the information to prepare accounting work. Gmail access is read-only: the gateway does not send, edit or delete email. Accounting changes require approval through the bot. The gateway does not initiate payments or bank transfers.

Each business has its own bot, mailbox credentials and accounting connection. Access is restricted to users approved by the operator. This service is not open for public registration.
